Renewable technology
The technologies used to deliver our renewable energy solutions.
Bespoke renewable technology solutions
We design and integrate renewable energy systems using a combination of our own technology solutions and carefully selected equipment from trusted manufacturers.
Each system is specified to suit the building, project requirements, and application.
Certification and compliance
Technologies are selected, designed and specified in accordance with recognised certification schemes, technical standards and relevant building regulations, including MCS certification in the UK and SEAI technical requirements in Ireland.
This ensures systems can meet the technical criteria required to support applications under programmes such as the UK Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) and applicable SEAI grant schemes.

Voltera
Intelligent Home Energy Management System (HEMS)
Intelligent solar priority control with advanced energy monitoring
Use more of your own solar energy — intelligently.
Voltera is an advanced Home Energy Management System (HEMS) designed specifically for properties with heat pumps or air conditioning systems. It intelligently manages how solar PV energy is generated, prioritised, monitored and utilised throughout the home.
By continuously analysing real-time generation and demand, Voltera automatically directs available solar energy where it delivers the greatest benefit — helping reduce grid dependency while maintaining comfort and system performance.
How It Works
Voltera applies an intelligent solar priority sequence in real time:
- Heat pump or air conditioning demand
- Household electrical usage
- Buffer tank charging
- Domestic hot water (DHW) heating
- Export of surplus energy to the grid
This ensures renewable energy is used efficiently throughout the property before excess electricity is exported.
Installation
Designed for straightforward integration:
- Compatible with existing heat pump and AC systems
- Suitable for retrofit and new installations
- Minimal disruption to existing systems
- Designed specifically for homes with ASHP or AC
Result
Maximum solar use. Minimum grid dependence.
More renewable energy used on-site, improved heating efficiency, and lower overall running costs.
All information is presented in a simple, accessible format to support improved understanding, optimisation and long-term performance
Key Benefits
- Maximises on-site solar consumption
- Prioritises heat pumps and air conditioning systems first
- Intelligent solar optimisation for ASHP and AC systems
