Payment terms
Payment & Debt Recovery Terms
Payment Terms
Payment of invoices is due immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to:
Charge statutory interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (where applicable).
Recover reasonable and proportionate costs incurred in collecting the debt, including legal fees or fees charged by a third-party debt collection agency.
Collection Process
If invoices remain unpaid after reasonable reminders have been issued, we may refer the outstanding balance to a professional debt collection agency or legal advisors for recovery.
Responsibility for Fees
Where recovery action is required, the customer agrees that reasonable and proportionate fees incurred in recovering overdue amounts may be added to the outstanding balance and are payable by the customer.
Such fees will only reflect actual costs incurred, will be proportionate to the amount outstanding, and will not exceed what is reasonably necessary to recover the debt. These fees are payable in addition to the original invoice total.
Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your invoice, you must contact us promptly. Any undisputed amounts remain payable in accordance with these terms while a dispute is investigated.
Communication
We may contact you by email, telephone, or post in relation to unpaid invoices and debt recovery matters.
